BAND ROOMS! I THOUGHT YOU WERE STORAGE?
Yes. But Maxi-Space is MORE THAN STORAGE!
THE EXPERIMENT: For many years band groups would ask us: “Can we rent a Maxi-Space unit?” Unfortunately, we always had to say “No.” After years of saying NO, we decided to experiment with an idea of providing first class band practice rooms to qualified bands, players, etc. We opened our 74th Street Maxi-Space Band Practice Rooms a few years ago to much anticipation from the band community. The experiment has been a success!
RULES RULES RULES: We have very strict policies that govern who enters the building (only tenants and their band members), and when we constructed the rooms, we built into the walls the latest and most up to date sound control measures so that bands would not complain about paper-thin walls.
HEAT & AIR-CONDITIONING: The spaces are all heated, air-conditioned (74th St. only).
ALARM SYSTEMS: Each room has it’s own access and security alarms which are police monitored. CCTV is everywhere assuring the best security possible.
TWO LOCATIONS: Our 74th Street Maxi-Space Band Rooms we so well received that we decided to add band rooms at our Meridian Maxi-Space site too! They are secure, access is 24/7, restrooms are provided and maintained and they are waiting for you or your band! Rock on! Please call the office for availability and prices.
