Where can you go and do auto detailing? If you start an auto-detailing business anywhere, there is a good chance that some day the local juristiction will knock on your door and tell you that you must close because you do not have an “oil interceptor”. This is an expensive underground filtering system that collects all of the gunk that gets washed off of vehicles. It needs to get trapped before it goes into the storm drain, enters rivers, sanitary sewer systems, etc. If you don’t have this, you are violated the law.
At our 74th Street Maxi-Space location, WE HAVE IT! We have a nice wash rack specifically for this use. The shop spaces are 1,000 – 2,000 SF making them perfect for auto-detailing. 74th Street Maxi-Space also has great spaces for Auto Body work. One of our tenants even has a 16′x45′ Viking spray booth they use for their business. 74th Street Maxi-Space is primarily auto related business spaces and Band Practice Rooms.
We have other Auto Repair Spaces at other locations, but they are limited. Please call for information of other approved and esignated auto repair spaces.
